What is SpinAndSnag Botanical Blend Tea?
Our Botanical Blend is a herbal tea made from a mix of natural plant-based ingredients including green tea, peppermint, ginger, dandelion root, and other botanicals. It is designed to be enjoyed as a pleasant, everyday beverage.
How do I prepare the tea?
Simply place one tea bag in a cup, pour freshly boiled water over it, and let it steep for 3–5 minutes. You can enjoy it hot or cold. Add honey or lemon to taste if desired.
Does this tea contain caffeine?
Our blend contains a small amount of caffeine from the green tea leaf base. If you are sensitive to caffeine, we recommend enjoying it earlier in the day.
Is this a medicine or dietary supplement?

How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (£7.99) takes 2–3 business days. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping.
