30-Day Return Policy
At SpinAndSnag Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We believe in the quality of our products and stand behind them.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in resaleable condition (no damage, tampering, or signs of use).
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened tea products. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please see our "Damaged or Faulty Items" section below.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our support team will send you a returns authorisation and instructions for posting the item back.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and send it to the address we provide.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service so you can confirm we have received your return.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, faulty product). Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, as this can vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by card, the refund will appear on your card statement. We cannot refund to a different payment method or account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs, at no charge to you. Please include photos of the damage or fault if possible, as this helps us resolve the issue quickly.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
