Delivery Options
We offer two delivery options for UK orders. Choose the option that best suits your needs at checkout.
Standard Delivery

Express Delivery

2–3 business days
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders of £50 or more qualify for free standard delivery within the UK. The free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout when your order total meets this threshold. Express delivery remains available at the standard rate if you need your order sooner.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We use reliable courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery timeframes (e.g. 5–7 or 2–3 business days) are calculated from the date of dispatch.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (where available) so you can follow your parcel's progress. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
Delivery Issues

We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable replacement.
International Shipping
At present, we ship only within the United Kingdom. We are exploring options to extend our delivery service to other countries in the future. If you are based outside the UK and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please get in touch at [email protected].
